ProTrack DSD can be interfaced with your existing back-end or accounting system, whether you have an off the shelf solution like Quickbooks ES, POS, Sage 50/100 or something else. ProTrack DSD comes out of the box with a complete and comprehensive interface to Intuit’s QuickBooks and QuickBooks ES for no extra charge.
GPS Tracking
Live GPS tracking enables real-time monitoring of sales representatives as they navigate their routes, providing precise timestamps for the start and end points of their journeys, as well as their current location along the route.
Additionally, the application records the GPS location of each transaction, allowing for easy review via our user-friendly website interface.
Pre-Sale
Service pre-sales routes more efficiently, allowing the salesperson to concentrate on increasing sales and merchandising the product. Your sales force can enter sales orders or invoices remotely that are automatically transmitted back to your system for processing, picking, and delivering. The automatic transmission will increase efficiency and reduce errors. For DSD or direct truck sales, you can print invoices using a mobile printer.
Sales Orders and Invoicing
Easy to use, you can create sales orders or invoices, edit sales orders or invoices not yet synced, and email sales receipts to customers on the spot. Synchronize with QuickBooks, Peachtree/Sage 50 or custom sync for MAS 90/100, or other backend systems.
Customers / Routes
View customers for today's visit, all customers on the route, and turn by turn directions to find a customer's location. With the user-friendly web portal, you can assign any route to any device or salesperson, and even assign multiple routes to one device or salesperson.
Product Management
View product details in a list or gallery view with pricing information and discounts. You can also see or add product images and presentation information.
Promotional Tools
View temporary price reductions or promotions - by product or group, see promotion start and end dates, and the amount of the discount.
Merchandising
Get insights on your product placement and information such as whether your product is being rotated. Take pictures of product placements and records of shelf height, or endcap position in the store. You can send or share this information with the product/sales manager or manufacturer's rep.
Reports
View a daily sales report by route/salesperson - sales will be broken down by cash, credit, and account. Email open accounts receivable statements to customers from the device or display on screen.
